Easing Racial Tensions at Work

Large percentages of employees of color have experienced discrimination outside of work and are fearful of it for themselves and their families. How does this impact the workplace? More than two out of three are currently uncomfortable discussing race relations, and 29% feel it is never acceptable at their company to speak about experiences of race-based bias.
