Equity and Ethnicity at Work: A Global Exploration

Global business leaders have committed to addressing inequities within their institutions but need guidance. When it comes to race and ethnicity, much of the work in DE&I has been U.S.-centric, sometimes alienating employees in other countries. Global DE&I work is complicated because ethnicity isn’t always based on race, and the outsider groups vary from country to country. Coqual’s report examines the unique experiences of employees with marginalized backgrounds in five markets and provides data, insights, and a five-step process to help companies in any market tailor their strategies to create inclusive, equitable workplaces for all.
