The Associate helps to drive and deliver results for COQUAL’s advisory clients. The Associate will work across projects focused on leadership development, culture audit and other projects related to diversity, equity & inclusion strategy and programming. They will support Advisory team with project management, client communications, proposal creation, and other responsibilities as needed. They will also contribute to learning & development curricula, and create and conduct webinars, workshops and presentations.
The Communications and Marketing Associate will coordinate publicity and marketing efforts, ensuring that they uphold Coqual’s brand, image and support its goals and objectives. The associate should be able to help drive the social media effort, create the social media content and calendar, track social media analytics, assist with the development of press materials, compile and manage media lists, generate media roundups for internal departments, and help update the website. Candidate should have strong writing and social media skills, interpersonal skills, perform well under pressure and be a team player.
The DEI facilitator will deliver results for Coqual’s advisory clients focused on diversity, equity & inclusion.
The Head of Advisory, reporting to the CEO, will be responsible for the strategic and operational success of our advisory services arm. This role will ensure effective team and client management, smart and strategic services development, and high quality program delivery. The successful candidate will also work collaboratively with a high-performance management team to make smart, impactful internal decisions, build on organizational culture and set strategic direction.
The Manager, Accounting & Operations will be responsible for the month/quarter/year end close and general accounting duties, including implementation of accounting procedures and controls.
We are seeking a paid, part-time research intern (up to 30 hours a week) to work remotely from anywhere in the US.
The Vice President will bring Coqual’s rich research findings into practice at client companies helping them to build more inclusive and effective organizations. This role will lead project teams to collect and analyze data for client organizations, as well as develop strategic plans and recommendations based on the findings. The Vice President will work across our advisory services offerings, which include culture diagnostics and leadership development.
The Vice President, Research supports Coqual’s research and publications on diversity, equity, and inclusion, taking a lead role in qualitative analysis and producing reports. This role will lead a team employing a range of rigorous methods to acquire qualitative data, interpret it, and present findings in oral and written form. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in conducting qualitative social or organizational research, including project management, design, analysis, and interpretation; stakeholder management; reporting and writing; and awareness of and interest in emerging issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Strong writing skills and experience managing others are essential.
