Melissa Ng Goldner is the Executive in Residence, Head of Strategy and Research at Coqual, where she leads initiatives aimed at advancing DEI and creating strategic frameworks to address evolving workplace challenges. She is also the founder of Fit for Future, LLC, a women-owned consultancy that specializes in business transformation and strategic growth at the intersection of human behavior and business strategy.
Previously, Melissa was a Partner at Prophet in New York, where she drove organizational and cultural transformations to foster high-performance environments. Her expertise in change management, DEI strategy, and digital transformation has been pivotal in developing new business capabilities, enhancing profitability, and improving employee engagement. Before Prophet, she played a key role in Slalom’s first global account, building her foundation in strategic account management and leadership.
Melissa’s experience also includes her tenure as Partner of Transformation at Ogilvy & Mather, where she advised the CEO and Global Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer on M&A integrations, cultural initiatives, and strategic transformations across sectors, including finance, pharmaceuticals, media, and consumer goods.
Certified in MBTI and as an Agile SCRUM Master, Melissa is a skilled executive coach who has guided CEOs and leadership teams through assessments and role transitions. She frequently speaks on women’s leadership and DEI, and she has co-chaired several women’s leadership networks.
Melissa holds a B.A. in Speech Communication and Journalism from Mary Washington University and is an alum of both Women in America and the Exceptional Women’s Awardees Foundation.
