between the member or client and Coqual/Center for Talent Innovation. Demographic information we collect is determined in advance with client or member companies and can include a mix of personal identifiers (age, gender, race/ethnicity, etc.) and organizational identifiers (tenure, business unit, level, etc.). Other information we collect can include a mix of multiple-choice polling questions on experiences within a work setting as well as open box questions for more detail on responses or explanation of more specific experiences.
Coqual/CTI may use a feature of your web browser called “cookies” to automate certain aspects of our Sites. Cookies are very small text files that are stored on your computer’s browser and that enable us to recognize your computer each time you return to our Sites. Different cookies are used to perform different functions, which we explain below:

Coqual/CTI retains records of individuals who make purchases, register for events, and register for the Task Force Member access in its database. Coqual’s/CTI’s Sites use reasonable security measures designed to protect against the loss, misuse, unauthorized disclosure, or alteration of the information under our control. That said, please understand that no data transmissions over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Consequently, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and you understand that any information that you transmit to us is done at your own risk. If we learn of a security systems breach we may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate protective steps. By using the Sites or otherwise providing personally identifiable information to us, you agree that we can communicate with you electronically regarding security, privacy and administrative issues relating to your use of the Sites. These Sites do not target children. You must be 18 years or older to visit or use the Sites. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personally identifiable information from a person under the age of 18, we will delete it as soon as possible.
