Trudy Bourgeois is Senior Advisor/Advisory Board at Academy for Advancing Excellence. Trudy was previously the founder and CEO of the Center for Workforce Excellence where she led the organization for nearly two decades. She is a leading expert on transformational leadership and a highly regarded leader in the field of leadership, diversity, and inclusion. Dollars and Sense Magazine honored Trudy as one of the “Best and Brightest Women Leaders.” Trudy has authored several leadership books, including Her Corner Office; The Hybrid Leader; and Equality: Courageous Conversations About Women, Men, and Race to Spark a Diversity and Inclusion Breakthrough. She has also written numerous articles and white papers. She contributes regularly to educational materials for corporations, associations, and trade groups.
