Parisa Fayzar

Associate

Parisa is an associate at Coqual. She works cross-functionally on the advisory services and research teams to implement research findings into action for clients. Parisa has more than a decade of experience in the consulting field. She is passionate about building strong relationships with clients and collaborating across teams to design and deliver targeted solutions that drive meaningful change in companies around the world. An expert in analytics, Parisa uses creative and quantitative problem-solving methodologies to develop strategic solutions that lead clients to organizational success and strengthen business outcomes. She also drives the programming and delivery of webinars, speaking engagements, and other company initiatives at Coqual. Outside of her work with Coqual, Parisa partners with the Sadie Nash Leadership Project, where she designs and leads intersectional workshops for young women in New York City with a focus on greater representation of women of color in leadership roles.

Parisa earned her bachelor’s degree from New York University, where she was an MLK Scholar, starred as an epée fencer on the NYU Fencing Team, and graduated as an Honor Student-Athlete. In her free time, Parisa enjoys traveling, hiking, and fencing.
