Noni is founder of Noni Allwood & Associates, a specialized consulting firm focused on innovative practices to achieve workforce equality as an accelerator for business success. A recognized expert, speaker and advocate in the creation of foundational strategies for inclusion and belonging, she has co-authored research focused on the experience of Latinos and Multi-cultural professionals in the workplace: “Cracking the Code” – Executive Presence and Multi-Cultural and “Latinos at Work – Unleashing the Power of Culture.”
Prior to her work in Equality, Noni let Strategy & Planning for Cisco in EMEA, managed complex acquisitions integration into Sales Operations and established a global learning function for the Sales organization.
Noni currently serves on the Board of Geographic Expeditions and Red Sulphur. She is a member of the Executive Advisory Board of How Women Lead and Annie Cannons. Noni has a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Centroamericana (El Salvador) and completed the Stanford University School of Business Executive Program.
She was awarded the Inspirational Immigrant Award from Upwardly Global and recognized as one of the “Top 25 Bay Area Women Redefining Success.” She was listed as one of the “Most Influential Latinos in Silicon Valley” by the Mexican American Community Services Agency of San Jose. More recently, she was named one of the “Most Powerful Women of the Bay”, a prestigious award granted by the County of Alameda and the State of California.
