Laura is currently Chief Commercial Officer, Matrix Adhesives Group. Matrix is a holding company comprised of a portfolio of chemical companies, specializing in formulating, filling, blending, and contract packaging for consumer and industrial markets. Laura is responsible for all commercial functions, accountable for integrating companies, growing the portfolio and adding substantial value for customers. Prior to joining Matrix, Laura started her career as a Technical Engineer at Akzo Nobel, formally National Starch & Chemical Company. She quickly transitioned from technical to commercial management roles. She has since held several leadership roles at Akzo Nobel, Henkel and most recently at BP as Regional President, Castrol Americas. Laura’s global experience crosses over multiple industries including specialty chemical, consumer goods and energy. She has experience in public, private and non profit sectors.
