Gwyneth Meeks

Senior Vice President, Leadership Development

Gwyn is senior vice president, leadership development at Coqual. She is an experienced leader within the field of leadership development, talent development and organization development. Gwyn has spent the majority of her career in the media/entertainment and retail industries. She served as the vice president of organizational effectiveness for Viacom and executive director of talent development at NBCUniversal. She also served as the vice president of human resources at New York & Company, a women’s wear-to-work retailer. Most recently she served as head of learning & development at EILEEN FISHER. In addition to Media and Retail, Gwyn has experience working with the Beauty, Healthcare and Finance industries as a coach and consultant.

Gwyn is passionate about leadership development and the impact that leaders can have on culture and inclusion. She understands the unique challenges that individuals and teams face as they navigate constant change within organizations. She is a consultative partner focused on creating solutions, and she is a facilitator with the ability to read the room and adapt to the group’s needs.

Gwyn has led DE&I initiatives in every organization that she has been a part of. She has facilitated workshops with teams and leaders around building diverse and inclusive workplaces. She has also led the LGBT Employee Resource Group at Viacom and led the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Steering Committee at EILEEN FISHER.

Gwyn received her bachelor’s from Mount Holyoke College and her master’s degree in Organizational Development from Pepperdine University. She received her certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University and enjoys putting her coaching skills to use with leaders and teams by asking thought-provoking, challenging questions. Gwyn’s clients and partners have described her as supportive, direct, bold and someone who gets things done.
