For Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage  Month, we present our research on the unique bias that Asian employees face in the workplace, grounding data in the current COVID reality. We will hear from Susan Jin-Davis, Chief Sustainability Officer at Comcast NBCUniversal, about how she has supported  Asians and other POC to create a more inclusive workplace,  as well as discuss what companies can do to mitigate bias toward Asians.
