Who it’s for: HR, DEIB, Communications, and People leaders

This session focuses on applying fresh research to real business decisions. We’ll walk through key findings, provide frameworks for activation, and help teams identify next steps.

A growing trust deficit is emerging inside organizations. As workplace technologies reshape how decisions are made, employees are asking new questions about fairness, transparency, and accountability.

In this Insight to Action session, Coqual will explore what it takes for leaders to rebuild and sustain trust during periods of rapid change. Drawing on insights from The Convergent Leader and emerging legal and organizational developments across global workplaces, we will examine how leaders can introduce new tools and processes while maintaining transparency, accountability, and human judgment.

This session is designed to be practical and engaging. Participants will take part in guided trust-building exercises that can be used directly with their own teams. Together we will explore how trust is built, where it can break during moments of change, and what leaders can do to strengthen it.

Participants will leave with simple, practical tools they can use immediately to help build trust with their teams and navigate change more effectively.

For selected early- to mid-career professionals

In the final session, we focus on leadership in real-world complexity. You’ll explore how to lead across lines of difference, respond to pressure without losing clarity, and build trust through action—not just intention.

For selected early- to mid-career professionals
