As an Agile coach and PCC-certified professional, she has a proven track record of helping teams from Hong Kong to Vietnam realize how small, human-centric shifts in how they work can deliver significant benefits.

Her hands-on experience in Asia is substantial—from helping renovate a leading bank’s core platform to supporting business expansion across Southeast Asia and driving Agile transformations. This front-line understanding of diverse workplace cultures informs her practical approach to leadership development and inclusive team dynamics.
