Trevor Gandy is the founder and president of TréGan Consulting LLC, where he helps organizations align their culture, talent management strategy, and human capital practices with their business objectives — and helps them earn recognition from employees, customers, and partners as genuinely inclusive, well-led organizations.

Before founding TréGan full-time, Trevor spent more than 25 years in senior human resources and inclusion leadership roles, most recently as Global Head of Inclusion & Diversity at AXA XL. His career also includes Global Head of Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion at Markel, Principal of Diversity & Inclusion at Amazon, and, across a twenty-year tenure at Chubb, Chief Diversity Officer and Senior Vice President, Deputy Chief Culture Officer.
