Prior to Coqual, Ricca worked in education as a high school English teacher, where she thoughtfully developed new curriculum that better reflected the community in which she worked. During her time as an educator, she advocated for her students, aiming to create an environment in which each student’s unique talents and needs were recognized and supported. Ricca took this passion of building relationships into her time in the recruiting space, working at several major tech companies to support their hiring needs.
