Allegra Varnadore

Vice President, Corporate Strategy & Engagement

“The right question can unlock everything—from sharper insights to braver decisions.”

Allegra Varnadore is Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Engagement at Coqual, where she leads high-impact partnerships with senior executives across industries. Known for her ability to elevate conversations through incisive questioning, Allegra helps organizations move beyond surface-level commitments toward strategic clarity and cultural alignment.

She oversees Coqual’s relationships with member companies, guiding how leaders engage with research, apply insight to their own talent and inclusion strategies, and navigate what’s next. Allegra brings a sharp business lens to this work—paired with a deep understanding of how trust, representation, and everyday leadership shape long-term performance.

Before joining Coqual, Allegra built a career in luxury fashion retail, holding leadership roles at Barneys, Neiman Marcus, and Saks Fifth Avenue. There, she became acutely aware of the disconnect between cultural influence and institutional power—and worked to create spaces where diverse talent could thrive, grow, and lead.

A certified TESOL instructor, Allegra previously taught English in Milan and remains passionate about communication, cross-cultural learning, and inclusion as a lived practice. She lives in Philadelphia with her husband, daughter, and son, and brings the same curiosity to her kitchen as she does to her work—always testing, learning, and trying something new.
