Lohen Parchment is a senior associate of outreach & strategic partnerships at Coqual.  She focuses her efforts on building equitable spaces in society through collaboration and is dedicated to boosting all partnership efforts and strengthening knowledge management within the team and organization.

Working across the private and nonprofit sector in development and operations, Lohen has experience improving systems and workflows while providing data-driven solutions to mobilize missions and support the growth and well-being of organizations. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Northwestern University and graduated with honors from The New School with a master’s degree in Nonprofit Management and minor in Impact Entrepreneurship.

Outside of work, Lohen has an unwavering passion for traveling and adventure. You will find her taking on a new hobby like archery or planning her next getaway.
