Business Development Manager
Krystal Rincon is the Business Development Manager at Coqual, where she is responsible for the company’s business expansion, strategic partnerships, and growth. She also supports the project management of various large cross-functional initiatives. Krystal started her career in Treasury Management at Bank of America, where she covered large corporate Technology, Media, and Telecom clients. There she gained experience in global sales strategy, product management, and relationship management across various industries including Finance, Energy, and Technology. She also has worked as a project manager in the HR/PEO industry. Her professional experiences have made her an expert in creating and deploying key executive strategies. Having worked in and with several large corporations, Krystal became passionate about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the workplace. She is proud to be working with colleagues who share the exciting goal of furthering workplace equality.
Krystal holds a bachelor’s in Finance and Global Business with a minor in Politics from New York University. Having studied abroad on three different continents, Krystal is an avid traveler and loves learning about different cultures. When she’s not working, Krystal can always be found trying something new: a hike, a TV show, a group exercise class, or a vegan recipe.
